How old is your child today?
The earlier the start, the longer compound interest works.
State funding: 10 €/month from age 6 to 18.
Would you like to add something yourself?
Even a small monthly amount noticeably changes the result. 0 € is perfectly fine.
On top of the 10 €/month from the state — flexible, adjustable anytime.
How should we calculate?
Nobody knows the future. So we use a range — for orientation, not as a promise.

How we calculate — transparently
What is the Frühstart-Rente?
A planned state subsidy: the state pays 10 €/month into a capital-funded pension depot for children aged 6–18 in school in Germany. Draft status 12/2025, planned start 2027.
Is 10 € from the state enough?
It’s a great, free start (up to 1.440 € over 12 years). The real lever is compound interest over the long term — and a voluntary top-up. That’s exactly what the calculator shows.
What assumptions does it use?
Three nominal return scenarios (4%, 6%, 8% p.a.) as a range, the state’s 10 €/month from age 6–18, and a payout at 67. All figures are non-binding model calculations, not investment advice, and no guarantee.
